The list below is regularly updated, so please check again if we don’t currently have a vacancy that interests you.
We are keen to ensure that our team is diverse and benefits from a wide range of backgrounds, perspectives and styles of thinking and working. We welcome applications from people who are currently underrepresented in the arts sector. We commit to interview every candidate who has the required essential skills and attributes (as set out in any given Job Description) and who identifies as disabled and/or being from a Global Majority heritage. If you identify in this way and would like to attend an interview, we would be grateful if you could make this clear in your covering letter.
Events & Operations Coordinator
The Events & Operations Coordinator is a pivotal role in our organisation, supporting the Events & Operations Manager in helping to plan and deliver all of the venue’s events. This is a very diverse role with a range of responsibilities, working in a fast-paced, creative organisation, and the person we appoint will need to be able to be flexible in terms of their working hours to help us be successful in our delivery of events. This will mean occasionally working some evenings and weekends, particularly over summer when the role acts as Wedding Coordinator for the wedding receptions we host here.
This is a full-time role.
The deadline for applications is Monday 27 January, 5pm
Volunteering at St George's
Our volunteers are the face of St George’s – friendly, helpful ambassadors to visitors, artists, supporters and local communities. They ensure the smooth running of our events, offer help, advice, experience and insights into the life of our venue.
