Membership FAQ

I want to get closer to the music! Which membership should I choose?
Please choose whichever membership suits you best, and that you can afford. Any contribution you can give is much appreciated.

What is Priority Booking?
When a show is ready for customers to book, we make tickets for that show available to members before the general public. We call this Priority Booking. You’ll receive an email each week with the shows that are available on Priority Booking. When we release a season of shows you will get 7 days of Priority Booking, but for shows that go on sale between each season release, Priority Booking will only be 1 day.

Where can I find out about exclusive events for members?
We’ll always email invitations to exclusive Member Events to you. But you can also see what we’ve got for you in the ‘Member’ category in our What’s On here.

What happens if I change my mind about attending a concert?
Benefactors, Patrons and members of the Star Circle can refund their tickets (as account credit) up to 48 hours ahead of the show. Please contact the Box Office for more information about which events this applies to (we can’t do refunds on behalf of external event organisers). This benefit does not apply to PRIORITY and PLUS members or the general public.

How do I make sure I’m getting the latest news?
If you’re not getting our latest news and Priority Booking announcements, make sure your contact preferences are right. Check your account online and change your preferences here. Or contact the Box Office who can make sure you’re all set to receive post and email from us. You can also join our main mailing list here.
