Conferences & Meetings

Elegant and flexible options for your event

Built in 1823, we have a long history as a meeting place, and our stunning building and grounds now offer a unique conference venue in Bristol city centre. We have an array of elegant options available, for meetings, conferences, gala dinners, drinks receptions and other corporate events.

Flexible spaces, including our Glass Studio in the contemporary pavilion-style extension, can accommodate meetings as small as three, and up to 580 in the main hall. We have a range of breakout spaces available to compliment your main event booking.

Our venue is an inspired choice for companies looking to escape the humdrum of the boardroom or hotel conference room. We have an on-site team that can provide delicious, locally-sourced catering options, speciality tea and coffee, and refreshments. All of this plus the use of the beautiful terraced lawns, whilst still being in the city centre, makes us the ideal choice for your event.

As a charity the revenue generated from your event will go towards supporting our artistic and educational programmes, as well as maintaining our gorgeous building and grounds.

We’d love to hear from you and talk more about your plans!

A huge thanks to you and your team for your patience, kindness, calmness and professionalism with our loud and crazy bunch yesterday. The setting was wonderful…so wonderful that no one wanted to leave!
