“Disarmingly fresh & life-affirming’ BBC 6 Music. boci is a Bradford-born, Bristol-based violinist & songwriter, known for her pure voice & ability to craft ethereal alt-folk soundscapes through live looping.

With a unique blend of classical training & expressive violin, she creates intricate layers of sound, building cinematic textures that unfold in real-time. Drawing inspiration from traditional folk styles, boci’s violin becomes a powerful voice in her music, delivering emotional depth & unrestrained creativity.

Her work is deeply rooted in her love for nature, particularly the landscapes of Scotland, Wales & the Lake District, which inspire much of her songwriting.

boci’s debut album ‘we are each other, this will set us free’ received universal acclaim,
and two sell-out UK tours.

“restorative, contemplative & transcendental” **** Songlines
