Beethoven Trio in D  Op 70, No 1 ‘Ghost’

Having arrived separately from Finland, Ireland and the USA, the trio held their first performance at Paddington Station during the 2020 pandemic. Emerging as undoubtedly talented young musicians they went on to win first prize in the 70th Royal Over-Seas League Competition for Strings and Piano Ensemble, first prize winner at the New Formats Project Prize 2022 and they won first prize at the Clara Schumann International Competition in the Chamber Music category. These are rising stars you wont’ want to miss.

I’ve never been to a Lunchtime Concert before, will I enjoy it? If you listen to lo-fi beats YouTube videos or classical film score playlists at work to try and stave off the stress of deadlines, or chuck on Scala Radio or Classic FM when cooking, then Lunchtime Concerts are for you. A slice of relaxation in the middle of a busy Thursday will help you feel centred and calm, so you can totally lose it when you get to Friday night.
