Amanda is a photographic artist, based in the South West who works with landscape and place, from the watery Somerset Levels, to the post-industrial landscape of the Stroud valleys.
Time spent walking and retracing routes across the landscape is key to her practice. By observing a place for months, and often years, she seeks to reveal the unseen and the insignificant, and by quiet observation, elevate the beauty of ordinary and overlooked places.
This exhibition by Amanda Harman is presented in partnership with University Hospitals Bristol and Weston, as part of our Nature Reconnect programme.
