The world-renowned Takács Quartet celebrate their fiftieth anniversary season with a return to St George’s.

The quartet are as busy as ever, touring most continents, exploring new repertoire, instigating new collaborations (with the likes of Stephen Hough and Jeremy Denk), and recording. They are Associate Artists at London’s Wigmore Hall, multiple Grammy winners and Hall of Famers, and famous for their innovative programming, which included a collaboration with Meryl Streep inspired by Philip Roth’s novel Everyman.
