Opening Times
Our Welcome Desk is open:
Monday – Friday, 8am-6pm
Our Box Office is open (phone and counter service):
Wednesday, Thursday & Friday, 11am-3pm
The Box Office opens in person 90 minutes before the start of an event.
Our Café Bar is open:
Monday to Friday, 10.30am-3.30pm
Our Bar opens two hours before the start of an event.
We also have live events taking place most evenings and regularly during the daytime, please see our What’s On listings.
We are aware that during late February – March 2025, the council will be undertaking improvement works to the pavement in front of our Great George Street entrance. This shouldn’t obstruct access to our entrance but please bear this in mind when planning your journey.
